GrantXpert Consulting is a Cypriot-based consulting, research and VET training organisation, with a cumulative expertise of more than 30 years in European and national funding programmes. The team’s mission is to deliver solutions, stemming from multi-disciplinary strategic partnership on an EU level, tackling new European societal, digital & green challenges. The team has a proven, core expertise in providing VET and adult training as well as consulting services to local and EU organisations, and a track-record in implementing research work on entrepreneurial, business, social/psychological and other educational topics. Currently, their network of EU partners consists of more than 900 in all member states, enriched on a continuous basis, and the team includes 14 experienced professionals, with a diverse research and training portfolio.

Job-Pairs

Greece

Job-Pairs is an award winning non-profit organisation founded in 2013 by Maria Vakola & Ioannis Nikolaou, both professors of Athens University of Economics & Business. The organisation is designed to empower graduates & young professionals, help them to enter into the labour market and grow further into the workplace, by acting as a “bridge” between them and senior executives. During the past years, more than 1.500 young people have received mentoring services while more than 900 executives have participated as mentors. The initiative has been supported by 26 multinational & Greek companies and important organisations like the Greek People Management Association. Job-Pairs got 2 awards for being innovative in targeting youth unemployment (HR Excellence Awards 2014 by Hellenic Management Association and HR Awards 2015 by Boussias Communications). The team consists of organisational psychologists and Human Resources professionals, involved in mentoring processes as tools to foster employability and professional development.

CESIE is a European Centre for Studies and Initiatives based in Palermo, Sicily. It is a non-profit, apolitical, and non-governmental organisation. It was established in 2001, inspired by the work and theories of the pacifist Danilo Dolci (1924-1997). CESIE links local, national and international contexts and is committed to stimulating development and change in educational, cultural, and economic spheres through the creation and use of innovative tools and methods. CESIE is active in the field of employability promotion and social inclusion of disadvantaged groups (e.g., people with a migrant background and from ethnic minorities, disabled people, people living in socio-cultural disadvantage, etc.) on a daily basis.

The IoD is an organisation established in 2003. It aims to promote a positive outlook towards life and work experiences, boost the creativity, resilience, wellbeing, engagement and overall performance of individuals and organizations. Its vision is to contribute to the improvement of the society’s quality of life through the continuous development of the individual, the family, the human resources of businesses and educational organisations. In order to achieve its vision, IoD offers a wide range of services such as research, consulting and training as well as services for the effective management of HR, ranging from strategic HR planning, career development and general support. It has participated in a number of EU projects that include applications of positive psychology, character education, creativity, arts and development of employability skills that aim to support different target groups such as youth, primary and high school students, parents, teachers, VET-trainers, unemployed and workers.
