The first in-person Transnational Project Meeting for the THRIVE@WORK Project was a great success! Organized on the 16th and 17th of June in Nicosia, Cyprus, by GrantXpert Consulting and with the support of the Institute of Development, the meeting saw all project partners involved in a fruitful discussion on project progress and on the finalization of the first project results.
In particular, project partners discussed the main findings of the desk and primary research conducted on current approaches, gaps and needs vis-à-vis well-being at work in each partner country. Moreover, the project consortium defined the next steps and developed a plan for the realization of an EU Handbook for the development of well-being programmes and the development of the THRIVE@WORK Training and Mentoring Programme.
The objective of THRIVE@WORK project is to encourage and provide guidance to Human Resources managers and VET trainers in the implementation of well-being practices within their organizations with the aim of reducing work-related stress and establishing a positive and healthy working environment.
