To respond to and address theneeds that have emerged, not only in our project countries but at a European level, as well, in terms of workplace well-being practices and relevant policies, the THRIVE@WORK project partners have been working on the THRIVE@WORK Training and Mentoring Programmefor well-being at work. The programme aims to equip HR professionals, in-company VET trainers and managers with the essential knowledge and hands-on skills to enhance the psychosocial well-being of their employees. It consists of six modules which focus, among others, on positive psychology, leadership skills, work-life balance and stress management. After completing the program, learners will have a better understanding of what psychosocial well-being entails and will gain knowledge and practical skills to design, implement and evaluate well-being programs.
The THRIVE@WORK Training and Mentoring Programme has been at the very core of the last Training of Trainers and Transnational Project Meeting that took place in Leuven, Belgium, between the 6th-8th of February. During these three days, project partners presented, discussed and reviewed the content and structure of each module of the Training Programme, agreeing on the next steps for its finalization and for the preparation of the pilot training sessions that are going to be organized in each partner country.
More details on the upcoming training sessions and instructions on how to be involved will be published soon. Stay tuned!
